What keeps you well and happy?

    What are your daily regimens that you believe keep you well and healthy or at least well enough?

    I do take certain supplements every day and I walk about 3 miles five days a week.  I wish my sleep was better as I haven't figured out how to beat insomnia yet.  I don't tend to get bugs or viruses but that's because my immune system is overactive and it just kills everything.  There's always a flip side to wellness, isn't there?

    I think keeping your happy meter up, having good friends, close family and keeping the toxins out of your life, like toxic people or toxic chemicals, helps to keep you healthier.
